/My goal was to preserve enough to last us through March—and we did. Frozen beans and peas, tomatoes, kale—prepared and frozen pesto's, zucchini and carrot breads, broths and such.... Canned beets and peppers... Prepared pickles, relishes, pastes, condiments, jellies and jams... The BEST? Maybe the elderberry jam and slow roasted tomatoes.
